All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Most of our items are high-end custom figures or pre-orders, which are made to order and cannot be returned.


Damages and Issues
To ensure we can assist you with any issues, please film an open-box video and inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and determine the next steps.

Please note, some special limited-edition items cannot be replaced but can be repaired. Be sure to read the item description carefully before purchase. Shipping damage is not fully covered by postal services due to the high value of these items. We strongly recommend purchasing special insurance to safeguard your shipment. For more details, please refer to the item description.


Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on custom products, including special orders or personalized items. Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns or questions about a specific item, please contact us prior to purchase.

Please note, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
In rare cases where a refund may be considered, we will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. Refunds will only be issued if the request is approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
